Global Appalachia connects Appalachian students and communities with international careers, global learning opportunities, and mentorship. Through virtual programming, educational resources, and professional networks, we aim to expand pathways for Appalachian voices in international affairs, public service, diplomacy, and global leadership. By helping participants understand how global issues impact local communities, we encourage the next generation to think beyond geographic boundaries while staying rooted in Appalachia.
